The main objective of the scientific and technical center "Expert" is providing a full range of services for non-destructive testing (NDT) laboratories. At present the main activities are production and supply of NDT equipment, and related services such as:

The metrological service of STC "Expert" has received the certificate of the Federal accreditation Service with the right of calibration of linear-angular and other non-destructive testing equipment. Partnerships with leading metrology centers enable rapid verification of NDT tools itemized in the State Register of measurement tools including ultrasonic testing devices as well UT, VT, RT equipment

STC "Expert" is an independent agency for certification of non-destructive testing laboratories (НОАЛ). Our company is ready to perform the whole work package related with NDT laboratories certification, including paperwork, personnel training and necessary equipment selection. Well-established operation scheme makes the certification process possible in the shortest time. Our staff is ready to consult your any related question.

The certification of laboratories is carried out in accordance with ПБ 03-372-00 "Rules for certification and the basic requirements for non-destructive testing laboratories" and other documents of Industrial Supervision (Gosgortechnadzor). The constantly updated database of normative documents and related articles are publicly available.

Currently STC "Expert" produces non-destructive testing equipment, including welding gauges №3, №2, №4, WG-1, WG-2, roughness test samples and samples for penetrant inspection, standard samples (СО), vacuum boxes, ultrasonic coupling paste, Image quality Indicators and sets for visual inspection.
