The mechanism of this device is based on the creation the leakage field above the defect of controlled parts with subsequent detection by magnetic suspension. The maximal density of magnetic lines of the leakage field is observed directly above the crack (or another defect) and decreases with moving away from it.
10 ммFlaw detector has two magnetizing unit which can be connected by swiveling device or flexible cable jumper. Magnetizing units are equipped with rectangular (MД-4П) or round (MД-4K) permanent magnets.
The kit includes tools for suspension application and visual inspection, placed in a suitcase container. The kit also includes a sample with artificial defects and his description, which allows comparing indicated picture on the sample with graphical description.
